Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse: Full-Time Days, 12HR shifts, 36HRS/WK. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. $24.50-$41.50/HR, base wage is dependent on experience.
Differentials include weekend differential $1/HR 6p Friday-6a Monday.

Position Overview: The purpose of the charge nurse is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and Hillcrest Care Center & The Towers standards.
Qualifications: Requires a team player attitude. Expected to contribute to team efforts and professionally interact with residents, visitors, and staff. Position may require the ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, walk, stand, sit, move, push, pull, and other common physical movements for extended periods of time. Must be physically able to assist with moving and lifting residents. May be subject to encounter or exposure of chemicals, odors, air contaminants, infectious waste & diseases.
Must have good verifiable work &/or personal references. Pre-employment background & Colorado Adult Protective Services check is required. Must be able to pass a drug screen. An unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state, and current BLS/CPR certification is required. Prior experience in skilled long-term care is preferred.
