Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Canton in Canton, Maine, is seeking a licensed Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to lead the second shift clinical team in a home-like environment offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care. You will oversee CNAs and coordinate care with direct care workers and ancillary departments.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated licensed Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to lead our second shift team at Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Canton. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for oversight of a team of certified nursing assistants, collaborating with direct care workers and all ancillary departments.
