Job Overview:

The Charge Description Master Specialist will monitor charge process activities, collect, evaluate, and prepare complex statistical data from various clinical systems. The role involves resolving patient account billing and coding issues by auditing patient records and making necessary corrections. Responsibilities may also include preparing statistical and narrative reports, making recommendations, and participating in data analysis and interpretation. The specialist may act as a liaison with clinical staff to support clinical systems or collaborate with internal departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required, or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $52,555.00 - $85,400.00 per year.
