Essential Functions include:

• Delivering exceptional service to donors and customers.
• Operating the POS system for transactions and programs.
• Handling cash and maintaining customer records accurately.
• Resolving customer disputes and exchanges politely.
• Rotating stock and maintaining attractive displays.
• Training new team members alongside leadership.
• Keeping the store clean and organized.
• Supporting team tasks like floor running and apparel rotation.
• Adhering to safety and security policies.
• Concluding transactions with a positive message: "You changed a life today, thank you!"
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong math skills.
• Experience with computers preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with merchandise such as name brands, antiques, vintage, and collectibles.
• Ability to visually inspect clothing for quality and identify shades and tones.
