Job summary

Disney Cruise Line – The Walt Disney Company is seeking a 6-month internship in Orlando, FL, from January 2027 to June 2027. You will develop and maintain Character documentation, collaborating with SMEs and building media content to support training materials.

Applicants should be enrolled students with strong organizational skills and Adobe InDesign/Photoshop experience. Housing options may be available for Florida-based interns.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class at the time of application.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline discipline.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required, especially InDesign/Photoshop.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop Character-specific documentation materials for new Character development projects.
• Update, maintain, and audit existing documentation.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to gather content.
• Assist in capturing necessary photo/video media for documentation materials.
• Edit Character photos for documentation and training materials.
