Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (volunteer experience relevant).
• Experience working with groups and developing leaders.
• Ability to relate to Kentuckians from diverse backgrounds and move people to action.

Responsibilities

• Have 1:1 conversations with members to discover self- interest and invite them to organize.
• Organize robust monthly chapter meetings with strong agendas and turnout.
• Build local campaigns led by members to win concrete victories.
• Make direct asks for membership and donations via various channels.
• Recruit, support, and activate diverse grassroots leaders across Kentucky.
