What You’ll Do as a Chapter Director

As a Bloom Chapter Director, you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to:

  • Design and lead initiatives focused on educational equity, student empowerment, or advocacy (subject to Bloom’s core mission)
  • Recruit and manage a local team of student leaders (with support from HQ as needed)
  • Host events, workshops, and campaigns aligned with Bloom’s values and priorities
  • Collaborate with HQ to execute optional fundraising events and national campaigns
  • Represent Bloom Institute in your community and share progress with national leadership

You’ll be the driver of local engagement—and we’ll be here to support you with tools, resources, and collaboration.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for motivated changemakers who are:

  • High school or college students (or recent grads)
  • Interested in leadership, social impact, advocacy, or education reform
  • Self-starters who are organized, responsible, and creative
  • Strong communicators and community-builders
  • Passionate about making a difference in their school or city

No prior experience required. Whether you’re launching your first club or expanding an existing movement, this role is about leading with purpose.

Role Details
  • Location: 100% Remote or Local Chapter-Based
  • Time Commitment: Flexible (avg. 3-5 hrs/week recommended)
  • Term: Ongoing (Start anytime, ideally before Summer 2025)
  • Compensation: Unpaid, volunteer role
