Required Qualifications

1. Require a minimum of three (3) years chaplain experience.
2. Require the ability to provide twenty-four (24) hour on-call coverage.
3. Require the ability to handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy and to assist with patients, families, significant others, and staff during times of crisis and turmoil.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Prefer a Master’s degree in Pastoral Care or related field.
2. Prefer previous experience in a hospital setting.
3. Prefer demonstrated ability to serve a diversity of culture.
