Job summary

Norton Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Chaplain to provide compassionate pastoral care across the hospital system. The role centers on visitation, counseling of patients and families, and attending to the religious and spiritual needs of staff and guests.

You will collaborate with clinical teams to develop programs that nurture life and dignity, and assist with education for CPE residents, interns, and other pastoral students pursuing caring ministry within the organization.

Qualifications

• Master degree and two CPE units required.
• Board Certified Chaplain desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral visitation, care, and counseling to patients and families.
• Respond to religious and spiritual needs of patients, families and staff.
• Collaborate with staff to develop programs that nurture life of internal and external guests.
• Assist with the education program for CPE residents, interns and pastoral students.
