Job summary

CURA-HPC LLC is seeking a spiritual care professional to provide compassionate support to patients, families, and the Hospice interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on pastoral assessment, end-of-life counseling, and creating care plans aligned with patients' beliefs.

Collaborating with clergy, staff, and community groups, you will educate and support diverse spiritual needs while contributing to a team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being at end of life.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in pastoral field.
• Licensed/ordained clergy; driver's license and proof of current auto liability insurance.
• Community based bereavement and pastoral support experience a plus.
• Previous hospice experience a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual support to patients, caregivers, and the Hospice Interdisciplinary team.
• Develop a comprehensive care plan including direct spiritual support and end-of-life counsel.
• Provide education to staff, clergy, and community groups on the importance of spiritual support at end-of-life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end-of-life care.
