Gulf Coast Village, a VOANS community in Cape Coral, FL, seeks a compassionate Chaplain to provide spiritual care and support to residents and team members. This on-site role blends ministry with healthcare, offering meaningful opportunities to live our mission and positively impact daily life on campus.

You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in worship services, and help residents and families navigate stressful times. A BA degree and strong communication are required.

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or one of equivalent education/experience.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four (4) year college or university; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
