Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO seeks a Full-Time Spiritual Care Educator to supervise and educate ACPE students and staff. You will lead education programs for spiritual wellness teams, clergy, and volunteers, ensuring ACPE accreditation standards are met.

The role provides spiritual care to patients, families, and colleagues, guiding clinical pastoral education activities and serving as a mentor for trainees and staff across Saint Luke's campuses.

Qualifications

• Certified Educator with ACPE or Phase 2 Certified Educator Candidate for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and educates CPE ACPE Inc students.
• Provides leadership for education programs for Spiritual Wellness staff, SLHS personnel, community clergy and congregations.

Job Description

Supervises and educates CPE ACPE Inc students throughout SLHS either directly or indirectly through a supervisor in training. Provides leadership for education programs for Spiritual Wellness staff SLHS personnel community clergy and congregations and others as needed and directed. Assists in ensuring that all programs meet ACPE Standards for Accreditation. Provides spiritual care to patients families staff students volunteers and others.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year Certified Educator with the Association or Phase 2 Certified Educator Candidate for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc. - Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc. Master's Degree - Divinity
