Job summary

Cassia, Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a dedicated spiritual care provider to support residents, families and staff with pastoral guidance and emotional support. You will visit residents to assess involvement, document visits, and prepare materials for Bible studies and devotions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, credentialing in the Evangelical Free Church or willingness to pursue it, and prior counseling or pastoral care experience.
