Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Three months of clerical or general office support experience.
• Experience in events coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, inform visitors and respond to questions.
• Coordinate event setup and clean-up for services and concerts.
• Conduct 15-minute tours of the sanctuary.
• Monitor entrances during private events and enforce regulations.
• Assist with brochures and information for visitors.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Duke Police as needed.
