RoveIQ is seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to focus on recruiting and onboarding new channel partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a hunter mentality, and is skilled at identifying and closing partnerships that drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for generating new business through Resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSP’s), System Integrators, and other technology solution partners. The Channel Sales Manager will be the primary driver of RoveIQ’s channel expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit new channel partners in strategic markets.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential partners through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls with prospective partners to assess opportunity.
  • Present RoveIQ solutions and partnership benefits to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Onboard new partners and provide initial training, enablement, and resources to drive early success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and sales) to ensure partners are set up for long-term growth.
  • Track all partner activities, opportunities, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform RoveIQ’s channel strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner acquisition, or business development, preferably in SaaS, digital signage, smart technology, or IT solutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting and closing new channel partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and partner management tools a plus.
