Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a channel sales executive to drive and grow our reseller program for Mera Monitor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new partners, nurturing existing channel relationships, and driving large-scale license sales through VARs, resellers, and distributors. This is a strategic and growth-focused role reporting directly to the VP and Sales Head and involves close collaboration with the product leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, and activate new resellers.
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships.
  • Support partner deal structuring and closures.
  • Drive license sales via channel partners.
  • Track partner pipeline and submit regular reports.
  • Support marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for resellers.

Key Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in channel sales/partner sales/SaaS sales.
  • Prior experience working with resellers, VARs, and distributors.
  • Strong follow-up and CRM discipline.
  • Excellent communication and partner enablement skills.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with HR tech/productivity SaaS is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.

Must-Have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Onboarding and activation of 5-7 new resellers in 6-12 months
  • 10,000+ licenses sold through partners within 12 months
  • Partner satisfaction and retention
  • Clean, updated, and growing partner pipeline
