Paychex in Inverness, FL is seeking a Channel Sales professional to drive new business through referral partners and outbound outreach. You’ll build trusted relationships with CPAs and clients, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast‑paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals

• Coachability and ability to quickly apply feedback
• Experience working toward goals or quotas (sales or similar environments) and demonstrated leadership experience—whether through work, school, nonprofits, fraternities/sororities, clubs, or other organizations (for example, serving as a treasurer, team lead, or project lead)

• H.S. Diploma - Required
• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 1 year of experience in relevant sales/marketing role.
