Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking an ambitious Channel Sales professional in the United States to cultivate partnerships and close deals with small businesses. You will build relationships with CPAs and clients, drive new logos, and manage a high-velocity sales cadence across payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos
• Execute high-volume daily activity (calls, follow-ups, and partner touchpoints) to build pipeline
• Sell a full suite of solutions: payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance
• Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (1–2 weeks) with small business owners
• Own the full process—from prospecting to closing deals
