Paychex is seeking an ambitious early-career sales professional to join Channel Sales in Cincinnati. You will generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach, build relationships with CPAs and clients, and drive new logos with a full suite of payroll, HR, benefits, retirement, and compliance solutions.

You’ll manage high-volume daily activity, navigate a fast-paced 1–2 week sales cycle with small business owners, and own the process from prospecting to closing deals,

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant sales/marketing experience (as described in the ad).
• H.S. diploma is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High-activity, fast cycles, and transactional deal sizes are expected.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through referral partners and outbound outreach
• Build relationships with CPAs and existing clients to drive new logos

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically $51,000 - $81,000 . This range includes BOTH base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
