Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager

Location: Remote, USA

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Partner Marketing Programs Manager to build and run marketing programs across our partner ecosystem. You will turn global priorities into practical campaigns, resources, and experiences that partners and regional teams can adapt to their markets.

This hands-on role covers partner program launches, onboarding, communications, digital resources, webinars, events, and performance reporting. You will work closely with Partner Sales, regional teams, Marketing Operations, and other marketing groups to increase partner engagement and contribute to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

What You Will Do
  • Build a focused portfolio of repeatable partner marketing programs. Coordinate launch plans, deliverables, owners, and timelines with Partner Sales and regional teams.
  • Create partner-ready messaging and assets, including onboarding materials, campaign kits, playbooks, sales guidance, joint solution content, and partner success stories.
  • Own the marketing content and brand experience on the partner portal and other partner-facing resources. Keep materials current, easy to find, and useful for local execution.
  • Manage partner communications, including newsletters, targeted announcements, and webinars. Maintain a shared calendar and tailor messages to the right partner audiences.
  • Plan partner summits, advisory boards, roundtables, and other key events with clear objectives, audiences, agendas, owners, and follow-up.
  • Agree on KPIs and reporting practices with Partner Sales and Marketing Operations, then use performance data and partner feedback to improve programs.
Success in the First 12 Months
  • Priority partners and regions have agreed marketing plans and a focused set of programs they can put into market.
  • The partner portal, toolkits, communications calendar, and webinar program give partners timely, consistent support.
  • Major partner events have clear objectives and follow-up, while regular reporting shows program adoption, engagement, joint activity, and pipeline contribution.
What You Bring
  • Substantial experience in B2B partner or channel marketing, or demand generation with direct responsibility for partner programs.
  • A track record of launching programs and creating campaigns or resources that partners and regional teams have used.
  • Experience with partner communications, digital resources, webinars, events, and joint marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of partner sales models and experience measuring engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.
  • Strong writing, project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise technology, B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
  • Experience with channel partners, distributors, global systems integrators, managed security service providers, cloud providers, marketplaces, or technology alliances. Depth in every partner type is not required.
  • Familiarity with partner portals, market development funds (MDF), Salesforce, and marketing automation or email segmentation tools.
