Job description

We’re currently looking for a Channel Marketing Manager who will take a key role on our United States location-neutral team.

This individual will report to the Head of Marketing and work in close partnership with the Partnerships team. They will be the engine behind channel marketing execution by building and running the programs that keep reseller partners and their frontline reps informed, engaged, and equipped to sell SwipeSimple. In this role, we value someone who is a strong storyteller and clear communicator, highly organized with an eye for detail, and comfortable owning the end-to-end execution of webinars, events, and growing a newsletter.

What You’ll Do
Partner Account Co-Marketing
  • Serve as the dedicated marketing contact for assigned reseller partner accounts, building working relationships with their marketing and sales counterparts

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships sales team to understand each account's goals and capacity, then propose and develop tailored co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and joint programs

  • Own execution from brief through delivery — co-branded emails, promotional offers, custom collateral, and event-tied activations

  • Support preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews for major partner accounts, contributing marketing performance data and forward-looking program recommendations

  • Track and report on co-marketing program performance by account, identifying what is working and bringing new ideas to the table

Events & Trade Shows
  • Plan and execute logistics for 4–6 regional and national trade shows per year, including NEAA, SEAA, MWAA, WSAA, and ETA TRANSACT and potentially partner conferences, covering booth design, registration, badge management, branded giveaways, printed collateral, shipping coordination, and on-site setup

  • Lead involvement in ETA TRANSACT end-to-end as the company's largest annual industry event, including vendor management for booth build and materials, branded giveaways, partner outreach, and trade show activation

  • Support planning and execution of the annual CardFlight Conference

  • Manage relationships with booth vendors, print vendors, and swag suppliers; coordinate budget submissions and track spend against allocated budgets

  • Write and publish LinkedIn content before, during, and after each show; source and post images from the floor

Webinar Programs
  • Own the full content lifecycle of SwipeSimple webinars for reseller and frontline audiences, selecting topics in partnership with the Partnerships team, building the narrative arc, and developing the slide deck

  • Write and sequence the pre-webinar email campaign to drive registrations

  • Configure webinar logistics in Zoom, including panelist setup, Q&A, cloud recording, and automatic reminder emails to registrants

  • Distribute post-webinar follow-up to attendees and registrants, including the recording, slide deck, and any resources referenced during the session

  • Pull and deliver the registration list and Q&A report to the Partnerships team after each session

Email Marketing
  • Own the Frontline Nurture email program, a monthly send to front-line sales reps at reseller partner accounts covering product news, upcoming webinars, and selling resources

  • Manage and grow the frontline reseller email list in collaboration with the Partnerships team and through opt-in channels including the Partner Content Hub

  • Maintain and improve the welcome drip sequence that onboards newly added frontline contacts before they enter the regular send cadence

  • Support activation and engagement efforts via email and other communication needs

  • Build and send campaigns in HubSpot (currently migrating from Pardot), applying appropriate audience segmentation and suppression logic

Social Media & Brand Content
  • Manage SwipeSimple's social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, maintaining a consistent publishing cadence

  • Create product-focused content that keeps the partner and merchant audience informed about features, updates, and SwipeSimple news

  • Develop thought leadership content that positions SwipeSimple and CardFlight as credible voices in the payments and small business technology space

  • Partner with the People Team on content that humanizes the brand, team culture, employee spotlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and company milestones

Video & Content Production
  • Publish new content to SwipeSimple Classroom, our Webflow-based video education hub, by creating articles, embedding YouTube videos, writing summaries, and applying appropriate tags and categories

  • Upload new product and tutorial videos to the SwipeSimple Official YouTube channel, including titles, descriptions, and tagging

  • Build webinar slide decks and supporting visual assets in Canva; maintain a working knowledge of our brand standards and templates

What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • 3–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or partner marketing, ideally in technology, fintech, or a similarly partner-driven industry

  • Experience managing co-marketing relationships with external partners or accounts, comfortable proposing programs, building alignment, and seeing them through to execution

  • Strong written communication skills across formats: email copy, presentation narrative, social posts, and event communications

  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Mailchimp, including list management, segmentation, drip sequences, and campaign builds

  • Event and trade show experience, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and budget tracking across multiple events per year

  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B marketing channel, with demonstrated ability to develop and publish content for a partner or professional audience

  • Comfortable building presentation decks and visual assets in Canva or similar tools; experience with Webflow or a comparable CMS is a plus

  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts, able to manage several programs and deadlines simultaneously without losing detail

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and proactively, particularly alongside sales and partnerships teams where marketing plays a supporting but often driving role

  • Familiarity with the payments, merchant services, or financial technology industry is strongly preferred
