Allegion is seeking a proactive Channel Marketing Intern to support our ResPro team in Carmel, IN. You will assist with marketing collateral, vendor coordination, and basic reporting while collaborating with channel marketing managers, sales, product management, and cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in channel marketing, B2B marketing, or consumer goods marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, marketing portals, and basic analytics platforms (Power BI, Excel).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and fulfilling marketing collateral for builders, dealers, and wholesalers.
• Support day‑to‑day activities of key channel programs (merchandising displays, rewards portals).
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels for point‑of‑sale materials.
• Update marketing resource portals and form submissions.
• Contribute to development of planograms and in‑store displays.
• Prepare presentations and sales training tools and price book updates.
• Help administer approval processes for business development funds and incentive programs.
• Support invoice, purchase order administration, and reconciliation activities.
• Pull data and prepare basic reports in Power BI or Excel for program reviews.
