• Comfortable using CRM tools, marketing portals, and basic analytics platforms (Power BI, Excel).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and fulfilling marketing collateral for builders, dealers, and wholesalers.
• Support day‑to‑day activities of key channel programs (merchandising displays, rewards portals).
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels for point‑of‑sale materials.
• Update marketing resource portals and form submissions.
• Contribute to development of planograms and in‑store displays.
• Prepare presentations and sales training tools and price book updates.
• Help administer approval processes for business development funds and incentive programs.
• Support invoice, purchase order administration, and reconciliation activities.
• Pull data and prepare basic reports in Power BI or Excel for program reviews.

Summer Intern - Channel Marketing, ResPro – Carmel, IN Job Title

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Associate Channel Marketing Intern to support our Channel Marketing team in the ResPro division. This internship offers hands‑on experience with marketing programs, collateral development, vendor coordination, and basic reporting. You’ll work closely with channel marketing managers, sales teams, product management and cross‑functional stakeholders to help drive engagement with our builder, dealer, and wholesale partners. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in the creation and fulfillment of marketing collateral for builders, dealers, and wholesalers

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and using CRM tools, marketing resource portals, and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, merchandising, or related functions is a plus
