The Role

The Marketing team is responsible for enhancing the Blue Owl brand and driving assets into key commercial products. Our goal is to increase the firm's visibility and attract and retain clients through our global marketing and communications platform, addressing all investment strategies, regions, and client channels. We aim to deliver innovative, effective, and scalable marketing solutions that highlight what sets Blue Owl apart.

We are seeking a collaborative, results-oriented professional to join our growing marketing team. This individual will support the institutional business team through engaging marketing campaigns and strategies, leveraging content, events, sponsorships, social media, and digital platforms to raise brand awareness. The successful candidate will help refine and measure our institutional marketing programs and collaborate closely with other business units and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant institutional experience, ideally including private markets experience.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new experiences, with a capacity for growth.
  • Enthusiastic about branding and marketing, committed to producing high-quality results.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and creative self-starter.

The base annual salary range for this New York City-based role is $175,000 - $200,000, with potential discretionary bonuses based on performance and experience.
