Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble channel letters by caulking, seaming, rivet-nutting, and installing LEDs and wiring.
• Apply trim caps to acrylic and polycarbonate faces.
• Capture photos of completed products before packaging.
• Ensure all electric signs are tagged with UL and electrical output labels.
• Verify that packaged products contain all necessary components for installation as per the shipping list.
• Open and interpret blueprints and job travelers on a computer.
• Clock in/out for job operations as necessary.
• Assist in improving shop processes and troubleshooting problems.
• Perform general maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe.
