Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Persistence on problem/issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Integration of vendor channels to maximize HDD read/write performance
• Test HDDs in a hands on, lab-based environment, using oscilloscopes to aid in failure analysis (FA)
• Develop and execute hardware test plans; summarize and present results within and outside channel team
• Software skills required to support and develop effective test tools
• Work closely with vendor technical support teams and our internal Western Digital product development teams
