Job description

The Channel & Alliances Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities through strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and cloud providers like Google Cloud and AWS in North America. This role will be responsible for building joint go-to-market motions, enabling partners, and driving pipeline through co-selling initiatives.

The role will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on value propositions and ensure mutual success with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the regional lead for all go to market activities and programs with AWS and Google.
  • Develop joint business territory plans with a focus set of Global and Regional solution partners and deliver against joint region targets for leads and revenue.
  • Build upon existing partnerships with key technology partners (Commerce, Search, PIM, Payments, POS) drive joint marketing and lead generation.
  • Material impact on new business development and SaaS sales, including co-marketing efforts with partners.
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing sales enablement, global partner. enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and Fluent Commerce best practices.
  • Work closely with peers in the Global Alliances Team to define and drive structure improvements to our partner programs.
  • Work to drive meaningful and beneficial relationships with the Partners.
  • Be the internal voice for the partner!
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Software or Service experience
    • at least 3 partner-management related OR demonstrated go to market experience as an SI or ISV
  • Global SI and Retail / Supply Chain software experience is a major plus.
  • Ability to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities with your partners.
  • Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner ecosystem to build relationships in a territory by working across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
