The Channel Manager serves as the primary owner of the partner ecosystem within the territory, working closely with partner executives, sales teams, marketing, customer success, distribution partners, and Arctic Wolf field resources to execute a shared growth strategy.

This role requires a highly collaborative individual who can influence at all levels of partner organizations, develop meaningful business plans, and drive measurable outcomes through joint execution.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be willing to travel extensively throughout Western Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for Western Canada.

  • Identify, prioritize, and invest resources in partners that deliver the greatest opportunity for growth.

  • Drive predictable pipeline generation and revenue growth through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and territory planning.

  • Drive partner participation in enablement programs, certifications, campaigns, and sales initiatives.

  • Work with partners to create and execute joint go‑to‑market plans.

  • Ensure partners can effectively position and sell Arctic Wolf solutions.

Expand Pipeline and Market Presence

  • Collaborate with partners on demand generation activities, account mapping, executive engagement, customer events, and opportunity development.

  • Identify new routes to market and opportunities to expand Arctic Wolf’s footprint within the territory.

  • Support partners in driving new logo acquisition while accelerating early-stage opportunity conversion.

  • Leverage distribution and ecosystem relationships to maximize market coverage and growth.

Deepen Strategic Engagement

  • Strengthen partner commitment through executive sponsorship, strategic planning, and ongoing engagement.

  • Generate qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunity progression.

  • Increase partner engagement, activation, and productivity.

  • Expand Arctic Wolf’s presence through new and existing routes to market.

  • Drive measurable business outcomes through disciplined planning and execution.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both partners and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven success building and growing partner relationships.

  • Experience developing business plans and executing joint go‑to‑market strategies.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

  • Experience working within CRM and forecasting systems.

  • Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
