Job Overview

The Account Executive, Region Channel Sales is an industry expert in innovative sales strategies through strong relationships with key channel partners. This role involves recruiting and collaborating with our local channel partners in their assigned geographies. The focus is on leveraging the existing customer base of these partners to promote and sell T-Mobile products and services. The Account Executive will manage strategic initiatives with channel partners to develop growth strategies and enhance client relationships. This role also involves working closely with internal teams such as direct sales, solution specialists, and marketing to lead programmatic efforts that drive sell-with activity. Additionally, they will conduct quarterly reviews with their selected partners to evaluate the performance of partner-generated sales of T-Mobile products and services.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities, establish joint targets to drive T-Mobile products and services through the channel partner.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with top-tier channel partners in assigned territory. Establish a growth framework to position T-Mobile as a strategic partner by developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  3. Accountable for sales reporting and insights for assigned channel partners and their clients. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination.
  4. Deliver sales presentations and training to local partners to ensure knowledge of T-Mobile products and services.
  5. Stay abreast of industry landscape, challenges, and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions; collaborate as an industry expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions.
  6. Drive on-site customer meetings with partners. Act as a resource for local partners and be available to meet with customers and partners to drive sell-through of T-Mobile products and services.
Education and Work Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  2. 4-7 years of strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization (Required)
  3. 4-7 years of experience selling into and/or through key industry channel partners (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Negotiation: Strong, proven negotiation skills. (Required)
  2. Business Analysis: Analytical, planning, and decision-making skills. (Required)
  3. Strategy: Experience in strategic operations, sales, and/or business development in a wireless organization. (Required)
  4. Business Acumen: Strong business understanding; incorporates overall objectives in strategy and decisions. (Required)
  5. Communication: Excellent communication skills. (Required)

Compensation
