Job Overview

The Account Executive, Region Channel Sales, is an industry expert in innovative sales strategies, building strong relationships with key channel partners. This role involves recruiting and collaborating with local channel partners in assigned regions, leveraging their existing customer base to promote and sell T-Mobile products and services. The Account Executive manages strategic initiatives with channel partners to develop growth strategies and enhance client relationships. They work closely with internal teams such as direct sales, solution specialists, and marketing to lead efforts that drive sell-with activity. Additionally, they conduct quarterly reviews with partners to evaluate sales performance of T-Mobile products and services.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities. Establish joint targets to promote T-Mobile products through channel partners.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with top-tier channel partners in the assigned territory, developing long-term strategic partnerships.
  3. Manage sales reporting and insights for channel partners and their clients. Coordinate with internal teams on communication, programs, co-op, and team efforts.
  4. Deliver sales presentations and training to ensure partners are knowledgeable about T-Mobile products and services.
  5. Stay informed about industry landscape, challenges, and solutions, collaborating with leadership to develop current and long-term strategies.
  6. Conduct on-site customer meetings with partners and be available to meet with customers and partners to promote T-Mobile products and services.
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of experience in strategic operations, sales, or business development within a wireless or related organization
  • 4-7 years of experience selling into or through key industry channel partners
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills for business analysis, planning, and decision-making
  • Experience in strategic operations, sales, or business development in wireless industry
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $134,300 - $242,200, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $94,010 - $169,540. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience. For specific pay details based on location, click here.
