Position Overview

The Material Handler efficiently delivers materials and supplies to department equipment using floor jacks, pallet jacks, high lifts, and/or power jacks.

Schedule

12 Hour, 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities

1. Utilize the computerized inventory system to locate materials and supplies.
2. Enter material transactions into the system and complete related paperwork for materials returns.
3. Move processed materials from workstations to staging areas.
4. Ensure accurate repackaging of leftover materials.
5. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain active physical presence on the production floor, including sitting, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, climbing, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights in an aerial lift.
• Ability to work in loud, warm, wet, and confined environments.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 2 or 3 days per week, including every other weekend.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours for business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check required.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting hourly rate is $18-21/hr, based on experience and qualifications. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and more.
