Job description

Overall Summary:

The Operator IA operates department equipment to produce high quality products, according to customer's guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct quality checks.
  2. Read and understand production tickets.
  3. Package finished product efficiently and accurately, mail product.
  4. Complete electronic and paper documentation.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  6. Assist coworkers in other departments when needed.
  7. Perform other (or related) duties as applicable or assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
  • Ability to read and write basic English.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Salary:

The starting hourly rate range for this position is $17-20/hr. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and other factors. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and more.

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, with overtime as needed.
  • Work in a climate-controlled environment with exposure to loud noise (PPE provided).
  • Lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical activities for up to 12 hours.
  • Pre-employment assessments, background check, and drug screen required.
