The Operator IA operates department equipment to produce high-quality products according to customer guidelines and standard operating procedures.
The starting hourly rate is $17-20/hr. Compensation is based on knowledge, skills, credentials, experience, role scope, and location. Candidates seeking different compensation are encouraged to apply and will be considered individually.

Ability to read and write basic English. Basic computer skills preferred. Strong attention to detail.
High School Diploma/GED preferred or equivalent experience. Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, with overtime as needed. Work in a climate-controlled environment with exposure to loud noise (PPE provided). Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical activities like standing, walking, bending, and twisting for up to 12 hours. Fine motor skills and reaching are required. Pre-employment assessments and background/drug screens are mandatory.
