Job summary

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences focused boutique, seeks a Lead Change Management and Training professional to guide SAP transformation initiatives. You will design strategies, perform stakeholder analyses, and drive adoption across client sites from readiness through post-implementation support.

Based in Tokyo with remote work and travel to client sites, you will shape Fusion's Japan growth with ownership and accountability, while leveraging a competitive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Proven experience in OCM, training, or business adoption within large-scale IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) and end-user training delivery.
• Familiarity with SAP implementations and ability to measure training effectiveness and adoption KPIs.
