Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes to processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
• Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points.
• Create and manage communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans to support change initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navigate transitions effectively.
• Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting the change scope, schedule, or quality.
• Act as a coach for leaders and executives, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Education: High School with 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Clearance: TS/SCI Eligibility.
• Certifications: DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA‑Security, CySA+, CND).
• Experience in developing and managing scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certifications: PROSCI, PMP.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• ServiceNow understanding and experience.
• Lifecycle Management experience.
