The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in driving adoption and successful outcomes for transformation initiatives across operations and different business units. This role partners with project teams, business leads, and key stakeholders to design and deliver change management strategies, ensuring employees are engaged, prepared, and supported through transitions.
The Specialist brings proven experience in organizational change, applying structured methodologies while tailoring solutions to business needs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to translate complex change into clear communications, and the capability to guide stakeholders at all levels in adopting new ways of working.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,500 - $135,750 USD annually (or hourly). The actual base pay offered will be based on factors including knowledge/skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
