The Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in driving adoption and successful outcomes for transformation initiatives across operations and different business units. This role partners with project teams, business leads, and key stakeholders to design and deliver change management strategies, ensuring employees are engaged, prepared, and supported through transitions.

The Specialist brings proven experience in organizational change, applying structured methodologies while tailoring solutions to business needs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to translate complex change into clear communications, and the capability to guide stakeholders at all levels in adopting new ways of working.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver change management plans (including communications, stakeholder engagement, and training) that align with enterprise change strategy and project objectives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify implications for roles, processes, and organizational culture; recommend strategies to mitigate risk and resistance.
  • Partner with business leads to build sponsorship, prepare leaders to communicate change effectively, and foster change readiness within their teams.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies that drive alignment and adoption across global and regional audiences.
  • Create compelling communications (presentations, visuals, talking points) and partner with Internal Communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and reach.
  • Support training development and delivery, ensuring employees have the skills and resources to adopt new processes and tools.
  • Track and measure change adoption through surveys, feedback loops, and performance indicators; recommend course corrections as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project managers and business partners on change management best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of internal change management capabilities by sharing expertise, tools, and lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, communications, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting medium-to-large scale business transformation or operating systems implementation projects.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead workshops, focus groups, or training sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to refine change strategies.
Compensation, Benefits, and Work Arrangements

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,500 - $135,750 USD annually (or hourly). The actual base pay offered will be based on factors including knowledge/skills, experience, location, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, and wellness offerings.
