Job Description :

Our client is seeking a Change Management Specialist with expertise in PROSCI, PRINCE2, and healthcare environments. This role is remote across Canada.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• At least 2 years of experience implementing clinical information systems, including long-term or homecare patient registration. The response should include at least one example with a project duration of at least 2 years, detailing specific work performed.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long-term care environment, including designing clinical workflows and system integration. The response should include an example with a project duration of at least 2 years, detailing specific work performed.
• At least 2 years supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical setting, with an example of a project lasting at least 2 years, including specific work details.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Supporting or implementing pharmacy systems in a clinical setting for at least 2 years, with detailed project examples.

Proven Experience In :

• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification; proof required.
• Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Change Management Certification; proof required.
• 10 years of experience delivering information system projects, with at least 3 examples totaling 10+ years, including specific work details.
• 7 years as a change management specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments, including at least 3 projects within healthcare, totaling at least 7 years, with detailed work descriptions.
