Pearce is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our Strategy team, guiding teams through process, technology, and organizational transformations with strategic communication and visual storytelling to ensure adoption.

We're looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Strategy team, where you'll play a key role in guiding teams through process, technology, and structural transformations. This role blends change management expertise with strategic communication, and visual storytelling ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Strategy team to assess current-state operations and processes, software, and teams.

At Pearce, we are committed to fair and transparent pay practices. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

In addition to wages, employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation. Base Pay Range

$70,000 - $90,000 USD
