Job Description
The Change Management Consultant Principal drives the strategic framework and execution of change management initiatives across the enterprise with a focus on outcomes and culture impact. This role is seen as a Subject Matter Expert in change, leading the development and maturation of a change framework inclusive of tools and training resources. The Change Management Consultant Principal will be a key influencer at the executive level, ensuring alignment between change initiatives and business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive change management framework and strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term goals, utilizing data analytics and industry methodologies to inform decisions
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to drive end-to end execution of enterprise change initiatives including designing strategy, employee communications, measuring change impacts, and using data-driven insights to adjust approach and plan
Curating a simple and elegant set of change management materials for the organization to consistently utilize in training and driving effective change management outcomes
Guide the design of training programs, resources and establish a community of practice to equip employees and leaders with the skills necessary to navigate change effectively. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance their capabilities
Establish metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the impact of change initiatives on organizational performance and culture. Regularly report findings to senior leadership and make strategic recommendations
Act as a subject matter expert on change methodologies, tools and best practices supporting key projects across the enterprise
Build and mature Prime’s change culture by activating, guiding, and developing identified leaders of change at Prime Therapeutics

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, organizational development, or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
8 years of work experience in Human Resources including 4 years of experience Change Management
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Proven success in collaborative leadership and working with executive leaders and internal HR partners
Certified in PROSCI change management strategies and tools
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, demonstrating presence and maintaining engagement
Proven ability to conduct needs assessment, consult and influence change at various levels within the organization
Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience outside of Human Resources (Sales, Manufacturing, etc.)
Master’s degree or equivalent in management, human resources, change management, organizational development, or related area of study
Previous experience and expertise in Organizational Effectiveness
Experience in professional consulting services preferred
Physical Demands
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to “move or traverse”
Must be able to constantly operate a computer and/or other office productivity equipment.
Must be able to hear and constantly communicate information and ideas. Must be able to exchange accurate information.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
