We are seeking a dynamic change practitioner to join our MDS Change Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding and experiences in change management, including change strategy, change impact analysis, communications, stakeholder engagement, capability building, and training. They should also have experience supporting go-live efforts, sustainment programs, and return to business-as-usual.

In this role you will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of a large or several smaller projects. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.

How you will contribute

  1. Act as a change partner and be accountable for change and communication effort for projects.
  2. Work directly with senior-level leaders across functions and geographies to identify and drive transformation in our organization.
  3. Set change strategies and create plans.
  4. Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization with a focus on end-to-end process efficiencies and improvement.
  5. Define, design, and execute strategic change and transformation interventions that drive business performance, and which align to the strategic goals of the organization.
  6. Provide support to build individual and organization change capability in initiative teams and with stakeholders.
  7. Influence through ongoing partnership, active coaching and appropriate role delineation.
  8. Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years’ experience with end-to-end change management responsibilities, preferably in a global program.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and support diverse global audiences.
  4. Proven experience to communicate effectively with team leaders and key stakeholders.
  5. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Travel requirements: Infrequent, as needed for team meetings.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
