Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) Developer (formerly Kofax KTA)
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Tungsten (formerly Kofax) TotalAgility (TTA) Developer to join our IT Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience designing, developing, and supporting intelligent automation and document processing solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support solutions within the Tungsten TotalAgility platform.
- Develop workflows, business processes, capture solutions, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain TTA forms, validation rules, process maps, and transformation modules.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution of application defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and document management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions in Tungsten TotalAgility.
- Experience with workflow development, OCR/capture technologies, and document processing.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and web services/API integrations.
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, or related technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications Required
- Tungsten TotalAgility Developer Certification
- Additional Tungsten/Kofax certifications are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, lockbox processing, or enterprise document management environments.
- Experience integrating Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) formerly KTA with ERP, ECM, or workflow platforms.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range
$100,000 – $115,000 USD
