Job Description
  • Collaborate with OCM Lead, Functional Leads, and client to understand and document stakeholder change readiness, communications needs, and training needs throughout the Implementation.
  • Work closely with the OCM Lead, Functional Leads, and client stakeholders to identify and document any changes in client financial, accounting, budget, and procurement business processes, policies, and procedures due to the implementation of the new Oracle Cloud Financial System.
  • Work closely with OCM Lead to develop Communications Strategy and Plan, Change Management Strategy and Plan, Change Agent Program, and Training Strategy and Plan.
  • Support storyboarding and user persona development to enhance change management, communications, and training activities.
  • Develop creative and engaging communications using diverse communication channels (e.g., emails, posters, presentations, dashboards, websites) for internal and external project stakeholders (e.g., end users, project executives, vendors, etc.), as required to support formal and informal learning activities.
  • Support design, development, and revision of curriculum and training materials in support of financial, accounting, budget and procurement functions in Oracle Cloud Financial system.
  • Support preparation of end user training materials (course manuals, computer-based training, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course evaluations, etc.), as required.
  • Support instructor-led training delivery, training employees on change impacts and how to perform financial, accounting, budget and procurement business processes in Oracle Cloud Financial system, as required.
  • Monitor project, systems development efforts, and stakeholder feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of change management, communication, and training activities, mitigate risks, and improve end user adoption.
  • Comfort with a fast-paced work environment, including quick turnarounds and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Experience with client or other complex organizations in the aviation/transportation preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Finance Systems preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or other eLearning authoring tools, a plus!
