Job summary

Lakuna Consulting is seeking a Change Management Analyst to help plan and execute change strategies, maximizing engagement and adoption across client projects.

You will support communications, training, stakeholder management, and post-go-live activities, working with leaders and project teams to ensure readiness and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; certifications like Prosci or CCMP are preferred.
• 2+ years of change management experience (technology or large-scale change preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, SharePoint, survey platforms, and content creation tools.
• Utility industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing change management strategies, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
• Track adoption, engagement, and project success using data and reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and project teams to support change activities, improve processes, and ensure readiness.
• Develop communication materials and support change champions and employee experience initiatives.
• Ensure all change activities are completed on time and aligned with project goals.

LAKUNA CONSULTING The Change Management Analyst supports client projects by helping plan and execute strategies that ensure successful adoption of organizational and technology changes. The role focuses on minimizing employee resistance and maximizing engagement through structured change plans, communication, training, and stakeholder management.

Key Points

Assists in developing and executing change management strategies, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.

• Helps create detailed plans (e.g., communication, training, readiness, and resistance management) tailored to impacted teams.
• Tracks and measures adoption, engagement, and project success using data and reporting.
• Collaborates with leaders, SMEs, and project teams to support change activities, improve processes, and ensure readiness.
• Develops communication materials and supports change champions and employee experience initiatives.
• Ensures all change activities are completed on time and aligned with project goals.
