Drive and inspire engagement by shaping how change happens across the firm, focusing on changes impacting our field practice teams. You’ll craft change strategies, deliverables and compelling, multi-channel positioning that connects enterprise priorities to actionable steps for practice teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and confidence through every stage of change. What You'll Do:

• Partner with leaders and teams to identify change impacts and risks, integrate efforts, and drive alignment across competing initiatives.
• Lead strategic change and communication efforts for high-impact initiatives.
• Lead strategic execution of cross-functional teams through matrix leadership
• Design and execute end-to-end strategies and tactical solutions that align with priorities and deliver a seamless experience.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing creativity and precision to the function.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
