About our team

The Change & Continuous Improvement team bridges Product and Operations, ensuring agility, efficiency, and ongoing evolution. They deliver safe, effective, and sustainable change, guiding teams through change management and fostering continuous improvement.

You will shape how change impacts our Customer Operations teams, support customer journeys, streamline processes, and empower teams to perform better, faster, and with confidence. This role is about enhancing existing processes, not just fixing issues.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead change management for projects, including process redesigns and product launches.
  • Maintain and review processes, workflows, and documentation; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Ops, and Customer Ops teams to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Develop readiness plans for embedding change into teams and processes.
  • Analyze data to identify operational pain points and streamline workflows.
  • Communicate recommendations and collaborate on action plans.
  • Design frameworks, playbooks, and process updates using the latest tools.
  • Maintain operational guidance and ensure customer-facing materials are current.
  • Document service level agreements and operational deadlines.
  • Track change impact through KPIs and feedback.
  • Support operational incidents impacting customers or processes.

  • You are fluent in MacOS, Slack, GSuite, and quick to learn new systems.
