Location: UK Remote — Salary: £40,400 to £48,000 — Benefits | Hear from the team
The Change & Continuous Improvement team bridges Product and Operations, ensuring agility, efficiency, and ongoing evolution. They deliver safe, effective, and sustainable change, guiding teams through change management and fostering continuous improvement.
You will shape how change impacts our Customer Operations teams, support customer journeys, streamline processes, and empower teams to perform better, faster, and with confidence. This role is about enhancing existing processes, not just fixing issues.
Salary: £40,400 - £48,000, plus share options.
This role is remote-based.
Annual learning budget: £1,000 for books, courses, and conferences.
