Position Summary

The Change & Adoption Lead is responsible for driving successful adoption of enterprise initiatives by preparing, equipping, and supporting employees through organizational change. This role partners closely with IT, PMO, business leaders, and Learning & Development to ensure changes are understood, embraced, and sustained. The Change & Adoption Lead plays a critical role in maximizing return on investment (ROI) for transformation initiatives—including ERP, data, and process improvements - by increasing adoption, minimizing resistance, and accelerating time to value.
