Job summary

CHANEL in New York’s SoHo is seeking a Manager, Client Development to lead a team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will coach staff, drive business results, and partner with the Boutique Director to share critical business knowledge.

The role requires in-store presence and a flexible schedule to support late nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in related roles, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and a passion for CHANEL heritage, inclusive

About the role :

We are looking for a Manager, Clien t De ve lopment who will be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal team and clients. They will play a crucial role for driving the business, coaching, and managing a diverse team, and equipping the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

Position Logistics:
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Ability to lift 15 lb.
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • Boutique Management: Requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results
Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $130,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks .
