THE JOB:

The primary responsibility of the Busser/Runner is to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The busser/runner also collaborates with Food Servers to ensure outstanding guest service, including the efficient delivery of food to the restaurant.

STARTING PAY: $15.85

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills by sweeping and mopping as necessary.
• Empty garbage containers as required.
• Maintain par stock levels, clean and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Retrieve orders from the warehouse and assist with stock rotation.
• Run food to tables and perform other duties to support the team and enhance guest satisfaction.
