• Participate in campus life and engage with postdoctoral networks.
• Focus full-time on research/scholarship with no teaching requirements.
• Meet regularly with mentor(s) and implement development plans.
• Attend Office of Postdoctoral Affairs and PAC Boulder events.
• Assist in onboarding and integration into department and campus activities.
• Support mentors to establish an active presence within the department.
