Job summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Full-Time Challenger 605 Captain to operate from KBED. You will uphold safety, service and integrity while meeting client travel needs with dedication.

Responsibilities include conducting flights, reviewing maintenance, performing pre-flight checks, weather and route analysis, and strict adherence to Solairus policies and FAA regulations. Required: 3,000 total hours, 1,500 PIC, Challenger 605 type rating, and first-class medical.

Qualifications

• Total flight hours must total 3000.
• PIC hours at least 1500.
• MEL hours at least 1500 with MEL PIC 500.
• Turbo Jet time at least 500 hours.
• Instrument time at least 250 hours.
• Challenger 605 type rating or comparable aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe operation of the Challenger 605 aircraft.
• Conduct flights in a safe manner and review aircraft maintenance status.
• Perform pre-flight inspections as per Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Check weather and route, including alternate airports.
• Ensure compliance with Solairus policies and FAA regulations.
• Ensure safety of passengers, aircraft and crew, and complete trip paperwork.
